v0.1.347
- Fixed In flat mode a part sitting at a different depth now connects: bring it over a port — it snaps on and lines up in depth by itself.
- New While dragging a part you can zoom with the wheel, and near the screen edge the camera pans by itself — carry a part beyond the visible area without letting go.
- Fixed A bent pipe can be shortened by a lot at once — a big step used to hit “the bend does not fit”, even though small steps reached the same length.
- Fixed The bend-slide preview now shows exactly the shape you get on release — the pipe no longer drifts at its fixed end during the gesture.
- Fixed The selection box catches a pipe by any part of its body: a long pipe whose end is outside the box no longer falls out of the selection and groups into a component just fine.
- Fixed The floor can now be lowered or raised by dragging in any view; in 3D hold Shift for height mode, same as with parts.
- Fixed The quick-actions menu opens at the click point: on a long pipe it no longer pops up somewhere near the far end.
- Fixed With the camera at a shallow angle, a new part no longer lands off-screen — it appears at the centre of the assembly.
- Fixed Dragging a pipe by its end no longer closes the bend panel: extend the pipe, then adjust the angle right away.
- Fixed Flow now shows on bent pipes and no longer disagrees at tees: the direction comes from the source to the pipe’s own ends, and the running marks are lighter than the highlight, so they stand out on the line.
- New You can see which pipes carry cold water and which carry hot: the “Show water” button colours them by what flows inside. The builder recognises appliances on its own — a water heater lights up its hot line straight away — and for risers you just tap a free pipe end and pick cold or hot.
- New A second press of the same button sends the flow along the pipes: you can see which way the water travels from the inlet to the fixtures.
- New The builder now warns you when hot water is routed into the cold inlet of a washing machine or a cistern, when a mixer’s connections are swapped, or when both waters reach the same pipe.
- New Water heaters and two-inlet fixtures got a “Mirror the outlets” action — for models where the cold and hot connections are the other way round.
- Fixed A wall-outlet plate no longer mixes the water: two outlets on one plate are two separate lines, so hot water on one of them no longer colours its neighbour.
- Fixed Toilets, washbasins, showers and the rest of the fixtures now sit under “Equipment” in the shopping list instead of among the consumables. They also show up under the “equipment” filter in the catalogue, and you can swap one for another model.
- Fixed Water meters, pressure reducers and flushable filters are found under the “valves and fittings” filter — until now they fell outside every catalogue filter.
- Catalogue The catalogue gained water storage tanks of 200, 500, 750 and 1000 litres — an atmospheric plastic vessel with a 1" inlet on top and a 1" outlet at the bottom. The water lens understands them right away: fill from the top, draw from the bottom.

- Catalogue PEX pipe is now warm grey, like real cross-linked polyethylene pipe. Red no longer clashes with copper or hot-water markings.
- New Smart closing now works from both sides: when the run's own lengths can't cover an axis, the builder moves a hanging assembly as a whole or adjusts the pipes on the target side — the tee comes to meet you, branch and all.
- Fixed 3D camera: zoom heads for the point under the cursor and paces itself by what you're looking at. No more stalled zoom and wild rotation after moving in close.
